MonitorWare Console 2.2 Final Released
Adiscon is proud to announce the release of MonitorWare Console 2.2 Final. This release a mainly maintenance release but also contains new features. Following is the list:
New Additions
- Embedded Emailreports - It is now possible to embed reports into Emails send by JobManager instead of having them attached.
- New Error Reporting - The Error Reporting Dialog has been highly enhanced to establish a better communication between the you and our developer team if error's occur.
- Background Database maintenance - You can now configure automatically database maintenance within the MWConsole application. This maintenance will only be activated if MWConsole is idle and the topmost application.
- LogOn / LogOff report - Added the capability to sort the Log On Log Off report by machine, user or date.
- Needle in Haystack report - Enhanced the sort algorithm. Sorting by machine name and event log type is now possible.
- Traffic by Hour report - The report is now sorted by hour.
- Reports - The date format in filename as changed. Not the ISO date yyyy-mm-dd is used. Furthermore spaces in filename are replaced by a hyphen ("-").
Bugs Removed
- JobManager - If the DSN Username or Password was empty, JB did not perform the configured reports correctly.
- NT Severity field in Views - Is now correctly represented by human readable Severities.
- Using MouseWheel in Views caused an Exception - This bug has been fixed now.
- Exception when configuring a View - Fixed minor bugs that occurred when trying to save a new created view. The configuration window did disappear without saving the new View.
- LogOn / LogOff report - It does not not show all entries. The last one was missing. It is fixed now.
- Minor other bugs not listed here have also been removed.
