SSL Client Connection Error (Event 1021)

An error occurred while initiating a client-side SSL connection to a remote system.

Verify the target server presents a trusted certificate (or disable strict checking only for testing).
Confirm client certificate and key are configured if mutual TLS is required.
Check that hostname in the URL matches the certificate subject or SAN.
Read the substituted error detail in the full event message.
