The 26.09 monthly Patch + Feature Drop is now available for the Adiscon Windows logging product family. This update strengthens day-to-day reliability across WinSyslog, MonitorWare Agent, EventReporter and rsyslog Windows Agent, while also delivering a focused productivity improvement for applicable products.
Across the family, the update improves service administration: stop requests remain effective when configuration is being reloaded, and services installed under a custom Windows service name start more reliably. The User Interface also preserves unsaved configuration changes when you restart as administrator, so you can review and save them after elevation.
For WinSyslog, MonitorWare Agent and EventReporter, File action rotation can now follow calendar-aware schedules. Administrators can choose intervals from seconds through calendar months in both the Configuration Client and the User Interface, making recurring archive schedules easier to configure and review.
