rsyslog 8.1901.0 released

Today, we release rsyslog 8.1901.0. The most obvious change in this release is the version scheme. This has been changed to make it easier from us to immediately determine when a specific rsyslog version has been released. rsyslog 8.36.0 (v8-stable) released

Today, we release rsyslog 8.36.0. The biggest enhancement is that rsyslog now provides support for opennssl for encryption in addition to the existing gnutls driver.
