Today, we release rsyslog 8.1904.0. This new release provides a lot of changes and fixes again, e.g. expanded error output for omfile and imfile, a new global parameter for the dnscache, new parameters in omelasticsearch and enhanced functionality in mmkubernetes.
Today, we release rsyslog 8.1903.0. This new release allows for a more dynamic use of openssl or gnutls for the relp modules in conjunction with the new librelp 1.4.0 release. That means, both tls methods are now interchangable without the need to rebuild either rsyslog or librelp.
librelp 1.4.0 [download] This new release of librelp is mostly for bugfixing. The most important change is that openssl and gnutls are now both enabled by default and can be used on an as-needed basis. For more details, please take a look at the changelog below.

Today, we release rsyslog 8.1901.0. The most obvious change in this release is the version scheme. This has been changed to make it easier from us to immediately determine when a specific rsyslog version has been released.
